Vista Cansada e Torcicolo

Qual a relação entre problemas visuais e torcicolo? O pescoço controla a posição da cabeça e mantemos a cabeça em posição ruim devido a problemas oculares podem surgir as dores no pescoço. Quais problemas visuais causam mais frequentemente a dor no pescoço? O mais frequente é a vista cansada ( presbiopia) que é a anomalia da visão que ocorre com o envelhecimento da pessoa. O cristalino fica rígido e perde a capacidade de acomodação da visão para perto. Óculos multifocal pode ser a causa de dor no pescoço e na cintura escapular? Sim, o óculos multifocal como o nome diz tem várias distâncias focais, a maneira de encontrar o foco correto é inclinando a cabeça. quando o óculos está fora do grau o paciente fica mexendo a cabeça para cima e para baixo para tentar achar a parte da lente que tenha a distância focal correta principalmente quando lê e usa o computador ao mesmo tempo. Esse movimento repetido o dia todo leva a fadiga muscular e consequentemente a dor na musculatura

CRIANÇAS E ADOLESCENTES Crianças apresentam menor taxa de sudorese quando comparadas com os adultos para esforços que se assemelham em intensidade e duração e em condições térmicas idênticas, em ambiente laboratorial. No entanto, elas se desidratam à semelhança do adulto. A influência da desidratação no desempenho físico ainda não está bem esclarecida. Nessa população, a palatabilidade é fator importante no estímulo à reposição de água, visto que pesquisas mostram que sua ingestão voluntária aumenta quando são adicionados sabor: sódio (20 a 25mEq/L) e carboidrato (6%), evitando a desidratação. IDOSOS Há diminuição de fluxo sanguíneo cutâneo e da taxa de sudorese com o envelhecimento, atenuada naqueles com estilo de vida ativo. Inclusive com tudo aquilo que lemos na Internet. Estou tomando os cuidados adequados quando tomo um medicamento ou realizo um tratamento, e faço uma pesquisa na Internet ? Estamos na era da informação, poderiamos dizer que estamos na era Google. O Google é o Oráculo do século XXI basta digitar a pergunta e ele que informa as respostas. Porque estou falando do Google numa pergunta sobre medicamentos e tratamentos? Simples porque hoje o paciente usa a internet para se auto diagnosticar e instituir seu tratamento. O Google virou a vizinha " fulana estou sentido dor nos quartos, Fique tranquila vizinha sempre que tenho isso uso o remédio cura tudo ...
